Yeovilton Military Wives Choir15 June 2024
@ The Charltons Community Centre The Yeovilton Military Wives Choir formed in September 2012 inspired by the successes of the Military Wives Choirs from Chivenor and Plymouth, made famous through the BBC TV programmes with Gareth Malone. The Yeovilton Military Wives Choir now has some 50 members who meet weekly in Ilchester to have fun, to grow confidence and to learn new skills, to rehearse together and to provide mutual support. The choir comprises serving and veteran ladies, partners and family members of serving and veteran personnel and those with other links to the actively serving community.
As one of 72 Military Wives Choirs that have now been established across the UK and abroad, the Yeovilton Military Wives Choir is part of the Military Wives Choirs Network. https://www.yeoviltonmilitarywiveschoir.com/ |
